Now Hiring - Sales Application Engineer in Fort Atkinson, WI

Do you have an engaging communication style? Are you able to creatively solve problems and advise solutions for customers? Spacesaver is seeking an Application Sales Engineer to join our growing team!

As an Application Sales Engineer you will;

• Provide technical support on the application of all assigned product lines
• Determine feasibility and calculate mechanical design parameters for ETO products
• Responsible for cost estimating of ETO product to meet customer requirements
• Work with Manufacturing and Product Engineering during estimating phase to ensure Design for Manufacturability of ETO products

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2-3 years of Engineering experience or an Associate’s degree in Mechanical Design Technology with 7-10 years Engineering experience.
• 2D/3D CAD modeling experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate ERP systems to lookup product information and determine product structures (bill of materials) and manufacturing routes
• Competency to evaluate complex products and communicate with Manufacturing Engineering to determine manufacturing options
• A working knowledge of design and manufacturing methods of sheet metal fabrications, stampings, weldments, assemblies, and precision machined components.
• Word processing and spreadsheet skills.
